Canadian Blood Services

In order to streamline the donation process and minimize the costs per unit of collected blood, Canadian Blood Services required a system to facilitate the automatic collection of donor metrics within their donation clinics. The collection of these metrics requires a point-in-time measurement for various stages of the donation process. The Tindr team provided their expertise in software design and systems integration to investigate various strategies and technologies to automate this data collection. The result was an innovative, portable, and cost-effective solution integrating hardware, COTS, and custom-build software.

Tindr has been a proud partner in the iVerify project from its inception. Tindr provides strategic software advice and is responsible for the design and development of the iVerify platform. Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation

The Cancer Foundation supports cancer care and research to prevent, detect, diagnose, and cure cancer. The new Maplesoft Centre for Cancer Survivorship Care (opened in Fall 2011) provides comprehensive series of programs and workshops to assist patients and families with the physical and psychosocial aspects of living with cancer, from pre-diagnosis through treatment and recovery.

Brookfield Renewable Power

With more than 100 years as an owner, operator, and developer of hydroelectric power facilities, Brookfield is a significant player in the energy trading sector of Ontario, Quebec, the northern United States, and Brazil. Their IT team develops and supports an array of .NET web and desktop applications for time-sensitive, high-volume data transactions, and maintains daily snapshots of all data for comparisons and trending.

Fusebill Communication Platform

Tindr was contracted by Fusebill to create their Fusebill Communication Platform.  This project creates an integration system to allow Fusebill to rapidly connect between its subscription billing system and various accounting and CRM packages in a way that delivers flexibility and guaranteed delivery.

Tindr started by assisting in the initial design phase and architecture. We approached this in a collaborative fashion with the Fusebill team and worked to create an architecture and approach that would fulfill Fusebill’s requirement.  In the process, we attempted to address, based on our experience, any potential pitfalls or bottlenecks that may occur with the architecture and design.  Once this was completed, Tindr assigned a project manager and architect as well as a development team.  This team worked closely with the Fusebill team to develop the platform and prepare it for the Fusebill team to interact with.
